At any one time, we can have approximately 30% of our stock out on trial in homes and businesses, to make sure our customers are fully satisfied.

It is critical to spend some time testing your office chair in the workplace. A five- minute test run is not enough – we know that our customers have greater success if the product is tested over a few days. If you spend 40 hours a week sitting at your desk, that’s 1900 hours over a year in a chair that may not suit your back!

We encourage you to learn how to operate the chair and make proper use of the adjustments. 

Apart from a delivery charge, our take home and try service is provided to you completely free of charge!
